The Stockholm South District is now looking for a Team Leader who will work throughout the district during afternoons/evenings and weekends.

The Job as a Team Leader, Evening and Weekend

Are you a person who sees abilities and creates conditions for employees to develop through work? Do you take responsibility, are present, and create participation? You recognize yourself in Samhall's values, and as a leader, you are attentive, reliable, and engaged. 

As a team leader outside regular working hours, you are responsible for our employees' work environment when regular managers are not on duty. Your work includes helping to plan, lead work, and redistribute tasks as needed during the afternoon and evening. You are present where the operations are taking place and work in several different locations during a work shift. You are available for employees and customers on all ongoing assignments in the districts during your work shift.

Team leaders show the way for our employees and are good role models for how they can succeed in their work. Communicating with our customers and contributing to good collaboration is a natural part of your daily work. In your role, you move across the district, so a B driver's license is a requirement. The Stockholm South District extends from Söders höjder over Värmdö and down to Södertälje. 

Our district office is located in Västberga.

Our Expectations of You:

• Experience in leading staff in operational operations
• Experience in leading people with disabilities is an advantage
• Experience in customer contact
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• High school diploma
• B driver's license

Employment Type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period

Start Date: As soon as possible according to agreement

Scope of the Position: 100%

Working Hours: Weekdays from 12 PM to 9 PM and every third weekend on a rolling schedule.

Geographical Location: Southern Stockholm with a starting point from the office in Västberga
